The Dan Lutz Rehabilitation Fund had
an important press announcement on August 28, 2002.

Dr.
Roger Webb, University of Central Oklahoma (UCO)
President, spoke about Dan Lutz and his legacy
at UCO. President Webb announced that the Oklahoma
Center for Rehabilitative Driving Services has
been renamed to The Dan Lutz Rehabilitative Driving
Program to honor Dan Lutz and his commitment to
the program. |

The
press announcement was attended by three local
television stations, along with various other
print media outlets, past program graduates, local
dignitaries, and supporters of The Dan Lutz Rehabilitative
Driving Program. |

|
Regionally
famous sports personality, Mike Steely, acted
as spokesperson for The Dan Lutz Rehabilitation
Fund. Mike, Sports Animal radio station personality,
worked with Dan Lutz for several years and he
shared many stories about Dan. Mike announced
exciting things happening with The Dan Lutz Rehabilitation
Fund and recognized several key supporters of
the program. |
