The Dan Lutz Rehabilitation Fund was housed at the University of Central Oklahoma  (UCO) and administered under UCO’s Foundation from 2002 to 2004.  The Dan Lutz Rehabilitation Fund was established by a group of dedicated community and university leaders to honor Dan Lutz’s life and legacy. 

The Dan Lutz Rehabilitation Fund separated from the The University of Central Oklahoma Foundation's administration in 2005 and has recently filed for 501 (c)(3) tax status (which is exempt from federal income tax under the Internal Revenue Tax Code).  Any donation given to the Dan Lutz Rehabiliation Fund in 2005 will be tax deductible for the 2005 tax year.
